                    FOOD APPLICATION                                        

                                                              

Dear Food Vendor,                                                                                               

                                                              

We are pleased to offer the opportunity for your organization to be a food vendor at The 3RD Annual 2011 Sarasota Pumpkin Festival. This year we are asking you to fill out the application that's on line. After we have received your application we will send you approval or a letter confirming your presence at the festival. In response to those of you who took the time to respond to the 2010 survey, all vendors will be required to provide liability insurance and a $100 trash deposit. We will only use your deposit if you leave trash that we have to clean up.

 

This year we are allowing each vendor to sell no more than 5  items, not including drinks. All water will be labeled at this event. 

 

It is also time for most of you to start thinking out of the pumpkin. We have noticed that numerous vendors are selling similar products. This makes it difficult to place you and cuts into your profits.

Chinese chop suey/egg rolls
Mexican/tacos, burritos, enchiladas
Breakfast sandwiches
Seafood salad sandwiches
Stews/seafood, chicken, vegetarian
Chicken nuggets
Caramel apples
Vegetarian

American chop suey
Rice dishes/vegetarian
BBQ ribs, pork/beef
Shrimp on a stick
Pasta dishes/ lasagna, baked ziti
Chicken on a stick
Fresh deli sandwiches
Baked beans

 

Menu item suggestions will be determined on a first come first serve basis. We will be happy to work with you on creating a menu that will give you a unique and profitable opportunity while providing a variety of food choices at the event.
