VENDOR APPLICATION

Dear Vendors, 

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2011 Sarasota Pumpkin Festival, to be held on  Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 28, 29 and 30, 2011, in Sarasota, Florida! The Sarasota Pumpkin Festival will attract over 20,000 people, bringing thousands of dollars of revenue to the area and is The Event of the Sarasota Region. Needless to say, this is a very popular Festival.

The Sarasota Pumpkin Festival  is a juried, outdoor event that is festive, fun and most importantly financially successful! Vendors and Food Vendors should be from the Florida Area,  please send photos of your products.

Please review the enclosed application and agreement carefully, as the Sarasota Pumpkin Festival is growing and space may be limited. This year we are happy to provide 12x12 space to allow the extra space for your 10x10 tent.

Because of the increased publicity and advertising, we will be forced to strictly abide by the september 1st deadline. I advise you to take advantage of the publicity and send your application in by Sep 1, 2011.
